She was also a member of Twilight Home Extension Club, serving as a past president, and held several former offices for Whitley County Home Extension Club. Her memberships include Jefferson Chapel United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School, sang in the choir for many years and was active in United Methodist Women. Taylor died March 30, 1989.Ī beautician, she worked at LaCharme Beauty Shop for a short time. They made their first home in Columbia City, moving to a farm in Jefferson Township in 1950.
